I'm going to Serangoon stadium for jogging today. Why? Cos I've been putting it off for far too long! Ever since Poly started, I keep reminding myself to exercise, but in the back of my mind, I tell myself that there is alota time to exercise so why must it be now?
Another reason is because I wana tone my muscles (which are now fats, sadly). The most disappointing parts of my body are my calves and arms! Yesterday, Cheryn was like 'Woah! Your calves muscles are damn big!' DUH! The muscles will definitely grow after years of Track & Field, Basketball, and Rhythmic Gym.
So, if I stick to my plan of jogging every Saturday (I'll try to squeeze in another day), I should become slimmer and toner by next year :D Also, my stamina will also improve! I have a really really weak/bad/lousy stamina even when I was in Track & Field. So obviously, I could only do sprinting ):
